Our greatest challenges & vulnerabilities are often doorways into our greatest strengths and capacities. I specialize in working with people who deal with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, as well as struggles that arise in the wake of trauma. I have a background in yoga & meditation as well as in working as a labor doula. These areas of experience often influence my therapeutic approach & reinforce my trust in the wisdom of the body & the nervous system.
