Hello, I am so glad you are here, choosing therapy is big step! My practice focuses on healing from within, connecting to your authentic self and learning to love yourself beyond measure. I have been practicing for 8 years and in the process have learned who I am and how I can support others through my work. If you struggle with self-love, feeling/believing you are enough, acceptance, or feeling lost, I understand and know what it takes to feel differently. Too often we run on auto pilot and ignore our own needs, wants and desires. I enjoy working with adults struggling to move through the past and live for the present.
