I enjoy working with a variety of people, from childhood through adulthood. Sometimes problems have been around for a long time, and others are temporary: I work with both. Everyone has challenges, and I want to help you discover your best self and build your best life. I have experience working with a number of behavioral concerns, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress, as well as life adjustments, career and school planning or management, and stress management.
