You keep finding yourself in the same argument — whether it's with your partner, your mom, or even yourself. You feel stuck, circling the same patterns, and you can’t seem to find an exit ramp. I’ve been there. I spent a long time believing I didn’t have the time, or that I didn’t deserve care. I thought that “self-care” was self-indulgent and therapy was for people with “real problems.” And then life got complicated, as it tends to do. I ended up on a therapist’s couch, telling stories I didn’t even know I needed to tell. And slowly, the weight I’d been carrying for so long began to feel lighter. My work is rooted in helping people who feel unseen, unheard, or like they're "too much” learn how to honor their needs and take up space in their lives. We move slowly, thoughtfully, and with curiosity, making sense of your emotional patterns and practicing new ways of relating to others and to yourself.
