I work primarily with adolescents and adults managing issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. Additionally, I take a special interest in helping folks from marginalized backgrounds and transition age youth as they navigate the additional challenges life throws at them. My clients want to feel seen and understood, and to have a safe and non-judgmental space to explore their emotions, grow, and achieve personal goals.
