My specialties—LGBTQ+ care, PTSD, and Family Therapy—allow me to support clients with a holistic, trauma-informed, and deeply affirming approach. Each of these areas is unique, but they often overlap in ways that shape how a person experiences relationships, identity, and emotional safety. My goal is to meet clients where they are and help them move forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion. I’m naturally warm, thoughtful, and curious. Clients often tell me that I’m easy to talk to and that it feels relieving to be understood without judgment or pressure. I ask meaningful questions, reflect things back with care, and help you make sense of your internal world in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.
