I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s many challenges and discover their strengths, voice, and path toward a more fulfilling life. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, or simply feeling stuck. I'm here to support you with care, empathy, and guidance. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, & client-centered. I draw from evidence-based practices, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches, all through a trauma-informed lens. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to explore your experiences and foster meaningful growth.
