Currently accepting new clients. Many people begin therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure why their emotions feel so intense. You may be seeking clarity, relief, or direction but feel uncertain where to begin. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, school or work stress, and family or relationship challenges, including dissociation and PTSD or C-PTSD. I also support couples healing from addiction-related betrayal trauma. I’m trained in Brainspotting, EMDR, DBT, Play Therapy, and the Gottman Method. My approach integrates somatic therapies to help release what the body holds, along with Internal Family Systems to support parts work, emotional regulation, and long-term healing across the lifespan.
