Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying anxiety, trauma, grief, exploring your own identities, or navigating a major life or career transition. I work with adult individuals who want a supportive, affirming space to better understand themselves, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. I am especially passionate about working with clients from diverse identities and backgrounds, including many who identify as LGBQ and transgender or gender-nonconforming or those who are in polyamorous relationships. I believe therapy is most effective when your unique experiences, values, and worldview are fully honored.
