Hi, I’m Cary. I specialize in working with individuals and couples healing from emotional trauma, infidelity, betrayal trauma, and attachment wounds. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and emotionally focused, helping clients build insight, restore trust, and foster deeper connections. Trauma can leave emotional scars that affect our relationships, self-worth, and ability to fully embrace the present. I offer individual therapy for anxiety, trauma, or attachment issues (insurance accepted), and "couples/marriage counseling" is not covered by insurance unless medically necessary to treat one identified client. I help individuals and couples heal from emotional trauma, infidelity, and attachment wounds. Using a warm, emotionally focused approach, I guide clients in rebuilding trust, developing insight, and creating healthier, more connected relationships. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
