As an LMHC with a Master’s in Human Relations specializing in Counseling and Psychology, I support adults, seniors, and women navigating the delicate emotions and shifts of divorce, empty nest syndrome, and life’s next chapters, in addition to anxiety and depression. My approach is heart-led and grounded, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness to help you name your emotions, shift mindset and thought patterns, and find your way back into being healthier and happier in life.
