Hello! My name is Alma and I am honored to introduce my growing practice to you. Casa De Mi Alma (House of my Soul) is a holistic center with a team of therapists who offer various modalities to select from; creating a multi-faceted approach to best fit your needs and better serve wellness in our community. We believe addressing the connection of the mind-body-spirit is the best way to achieve ultimate balance in life. The focal point of the center is to offer services that encourage obtaining this balance. Those receiving services will have treatment plans created to serve their personal life advancement and wellness goals. Services are provided to individuals, families, couples, and groups of all ages. As the clinical director I work closely with all therapists employed by the center to ensure the best practices and care for clients.
