Whether you’re navigating past trauma, working through body image challenges, an eating disorder, or simply looking for relief from stress, I’m here to help you find peace, empowerment, and confidence. Together, we’ll explore both the mind and the body, working towards balance and growth. I am particularly inspired by helping people to define and understand what 'health' means in their unique life. I practice with Health at Every Size principles and most often see people for LGBTQ+ support, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, identity work, and eating disorders. My work is rooted in helping you break free from internalized oppressive systems and old patterns, allowing you to embrace your authentic self. I take a warm, collaborative, and relaxed approach in our sessions, and I’m committed to creating a haven where we can unpack the complexities of your experiences with care and compassion.
