I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in somatic therapy, where we work together to help you to reconnect with your body, emotions, and inborn curiosities so you can access more embodiment and satisfaction in life. I believe in the power of people to heal, and I use trauma-informed approaches to support individuals struggling with a myriad of issues. I most often see people for LGBTQIA+ support, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, identity work, PTSD, and eating disorders. My work is rooted in helping you break free from internalized systems of oppression and power, allowing you to embrace your authentic self.
