My approach is Holistic, Transpersonal/Existential, and Trauma-Informed, while also relying heavily on the creation of autonomy and meaning. My style is particularly effective for people who are struggling to overcome traumatic and damaging life experiences, including adult survivors of childhood abuse, veterans, individuals in the GLBTQIA community, and others who have had to cope with severe hardships.
