I'm Casey, a somatic therapist in Boulder specializing in PTSD, relational traumas, anxiety, attachment, relationships. and power reclamation. The healing journey is a dance to discover the authentic voice within. I offer somatic trauma-informed, client-centered therapy for adults, and older teens (15+), grounded in social justice and an inclusive, multicultural approach. As a USABP somatic psychotherapist, now offering EMDR and PRT, I bring a deep understanding of how trauma resides in the body and how our parts interact with each other and the world. I guide healing through Somatic, Jungian and Transpersonal lenses blending in parts work theories such as IFS and Gestalt, and use EMDR and PRT if indicated.
