My ideal client is someone who knows that something is wrong but is having difficulty making it right; someone who may know that they cannot control negative thoughts and behaviors and feel "stuck" in their current situation; someone who needs tools and help to make their life better. My ideal client may know what their goals are but don't know how to achieve them or someone who is struggling to define their goals.
