I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, who works with women as they move through the many transitions and pressures that shape a lifetime figuring out who they are, managing relationships and careers, navigating changes in their bodies, and adjusting to new roles and identities. So many women carry the weight of expectations while quietly feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and feel more grounded in yourself again. I am licensed in both California and New Jersey and see clients virtually and in person, and I’m trained in EMDR for trauma.
