Welcome! It can be an extremely daunting task to try to find the right therapy fit, and searching through profiles can quickly become overwhelming. As an openly ADHDer myself, I enjoy partnering with neurodivergent (formally diagnosed or questioning) adults and teens with a wide range of concerns with specialty in ADHD, SPD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also enjoy working with adults struggling through with workplace and life burnout. I can help to recognize, validate, and explore difficult thoughts and feelings and provide concrete supports and tools to help manage them. My counseling style is warm and accepting, and I embrace partnership with clients. My approach builds strongly from your strengths and safe exploration of discomfort by combining humanistic, expressive arts, play, and talk approaches. I tailor approaches based on each client’s needs and therapy goals.
