Have you been struggling with trauma, abuse, emotional pain, thoughts of suicide, self-harm, or lack of support? Or have you experienced grief, loss, or complications in your relationships? Whether these feelings are temporary or lifelong, we do not need to continue with struggling alone. My goal is to help you feel safer within yourself and in your relationships, and where you can begin to make sense of intense emotions and thoughts. I use evidence-based practices to help regulate emotions, reduce distress, process trauma at a manageable pace, and help regain confidence in your ability to make decisions and trust yourself again.
