Together, we’ll build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and find new ways forward. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, confident, and connected - so you can create meaningful, lasting change in your life. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I also bring extensive experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I take pride in being able to work with complicated presentations, due to multiple diagnoses or complicated family dynamics which impact mental health.
