Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University and have been practicing for 8 years. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in school systems, a crisis stabilization unit, and community mental health agencies.
