I have eight years of experience as a community-based social worker, assisting transition aged youth and young adults who experience mental health crisis, depression, anxiety, suicidality, substance use, relationship issues, and complicated family systems. Majority of folks I have worked with are 2S + LGBTQIA, Disabled, Neurodivergent, Immunocompromised folks, or are impacted by the Foster-Care or Juvenile Justice System. I hope to help folks individuate, navigate/process trauma, and build healthy and secure attachments and relationships.
