I work with women, women of color, Latinas, young adults, and professionals who are tired of living in survival mode and want to feel more grounded, confident, and at ease. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, trauma, and relationship or family dynamics, especially when navigating cultural expectations, boundaries, and identity. In therapy, we’ll look at the patterns that keep you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and holistic, with a strong focus on nervous system regulation and deeper healing. I use EMDR therapy for trauma.
