Often childhood experiences such as emotional neglect, being raised in a dysfunctional home, and trauma block us from getting the love we want. Let me help you work through those blocks so you can improve your self esteem and have healthy relationships! I offer trauma informed 1:1 and groups to support you on your journey. I take a holistic, mind-body-spirit perspective and honor your belief system. I provide online coaching via Zoom. I utilize somatics, inner child, parts work, and nervous system healing in my work. I am a Pro-Palestinian, anti-racist, decolonial therapist.
