I have a passion for supporting individuals through life’s transitions, whether that is healing from past trauma or coping with new emotional, behavioral, or relationship challenges. I’ve worked with people in many phases of life, but I am especially well versed in matrescence: the journey into and through motherhood. The clients I work with are interested in the process of unfolding—of connecting with themselves and discovering how to live in line with their values, while improving their relationships with themselves and others.
