Life can feel heavy, chaotic, or confusing, and it’s easy to lose sight of what feels possible. Here you can breathe, laugh, and just be yourself. Some days we’ll explore the hard stuff. Other days we might simply sit with your thoughts and notice what comes up. I know when to ask tough questions and when a well-timed joke can lift your mood.
