I strive to provide a safe, empowering, and judgment free therapeutic environment where you can explore feelings, address struggles, and work to achieve your goals. Our work together will be a collaborative approach, where we pair the expertise you have in yourself with my professional skill set, in order to develop a plan for therapy that works best for you. I consider myself to be down-to-earth and nurturing, but also direct and purposeful with feedback and suggestions. I believe the most important part of therapy is a good fit with who you are working with. This is something we will assess and determine together as we get to know one another. My goal is to help you achieve the goals you come in with so when our work together is complete, you leave feeling empowered and capable of maintaining your positive accomplishments.
