I specialize with working with adults experiencing anxiety, including panic disorder, relationship issues, and more. I also have a passion for men’s mental health as I have found that men can struggle to find a place where they feel heard, understood, and validated without judgment; and I work to cultivate a safe and supportive space for all. Whether you're brand new to therapy or a seasoned client, I'll meet you where you're at and listen with compassion as we look at what is working or not working in your life. I work to cultivate a stronger sense of identity, develop self-compassion, and build healthy habits one step at a time that get you closer to living the life you want and feeling better.
