Have you ever felt self-doubt? Uncertainty about how to make changes or difficulty coping even if you know what you want to do differently? It can be hard to imagine the ideal life we want for ourselves, let alone figure out how to make it happen. Gaining both support AND skills in therapy can reduce feelings of worry, sadness, and the "stuckness" we all feel at times. I look forward to working collaboratively with you as you move toward your ideal life! I am a licensed Health Service Psychologist who believes we are all capable of change, at any point in our lives. Humans have such potential when we aren't limited by psychological rigidity. I believe there are many paths to the mountaintop and by working together, we can find your path. I offer both brief solution-focused or longer term care.
