I believe every child and teen deserves a safe space to feel understood and supported. I work with children, teens, and parents to help navigate emotional challenges, build coping skills, and strengthen relationships. Through play-based and developmentally appropriate approaches, I have a special focus on supporting neurodivergent children and children who are experiencing behavioral challenges at home or school. I work to understand the why behind behaviors and help children develop emotional regulation skills while guiding parents with practical strategies to create consistency, connection, and confidence across environments.
