I have advanced degrees in Education and Mental Health Counseling and had intensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the renowned Beck Institution for CBT. I'm also a member of the American Counseling Association. My areas of expertise include helping children, adolescents, and adults struggling with issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and behavior management.
