My ideal client is thoughtful, self aware, and aware that something in their life is no longer working. They may feel emotionally stuck, spiritually conflicted, or burdened by unresolved experiences from their past. Often they are navigating relationship strain, identity questions, leadership pressure, burnout, or a loss of direction. They want clarity, emotional stability, and a deeper sense of alignment between their inner life, values, and daily decisions. They are seeking meaningful change, not quick fixes.
