Cate Cantler, LCSW, received their MSW from Springfield College. They have experience supporting adults of all ages navigating depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Cate identifies as LGBTQIA+ supportive, fat-positive, and neurodivergent-affirming. As a psychotherapist Cate works to foster a therapeutic dynamic where self-reflection, being challenged, and compassionate exploration can safely unfold. In sessions, Cate takes a relational strengths-based approach and utilizes modalities including motivational interviewing and DBT.
