Often times chronic illnesses and mental illnesses are intertwined, making it difficult to know the root cause of the distress. My work with clients helps them learn how to manage symptoms, know their treatment options, and identify triggers. Chronic illness can be overwhelming and stressful causing a variety of emotions, learning how to cope with these emotions is critical to their overall well-being. I work with adult women using a variety of practices that address the intricate components of having a chronic illness.
