Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, persistently sad, depressed, or struggling in a relationship? Are you grieving a loss? It is my goal to provide clients with tools to improve their lives, to cope effectively, and to feel empowered to deal with the transitions and stresses of life. I assist individuals, couples, and families in resolving issues which are personal or cause challenges in their relationships, while developing skills for successful, positive interactions with others.
