I am a LICSW providing psychotherapy to people of all ages suffering from emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and trauma/loss related issues. I have experience working with children, teens and adults utilizing psychodynamic talk therapy. I help adults gain insight into their emotional lives, reflect on ways the past effects current behaviors and relationships, and change self-defeating patterns. Through a collaborative relationship, I help adults find ways to understand all parts of themselves with curiosity, compassion and acceptance.
