I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of North Carolina, Georgia, and South Carolina. I like to try and stay very present with all of my clients, thus coming from a very person-centered stance. Theoretically, I like to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution-Focused Therapy.
