I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor licensed in Illinois. I have over 20 years of experience and have worked with clients with a wide variety and range of concerns related to depression, anxiety, stress management, and trauma. I also help clients address grief & loss issues related to life transitions and divorce. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Client-Centered, Psychodynamic, Compassion Focused Therapy, Expressive Arts therapies and EMDR therapy. My counseling style is warm, engaging and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
