I help successful Christian women who are ages 20-50 navigate life changes, improve healthy coping, gain clarity, and feel emotionally lighter. My clients come struggling with daily irritation, overwhelm, and strained relationships. After sessions, my clients report feeling "lighter", have clarity on their next steps, less irritability with others, and improved relationships. For over 15 years, I’ve supported women through anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, and the high-stakes demands of everyday life.
