I believe therapy is a healing, life-enhancing journey, and I am dedicated to helping clients heal from past trauma and cope with current stressors using a supportive, compassionate approach. I build on clients' strengths to promote self-care, reduce distress, improve relationships and find a renewed sense of purpose. I use EMDR and other techniques to help resolve past trauma wounds and attachment wounds, and to find spiritual connection. I work collaboratively with clients to develop more positive core beliefs, allowing the freedom to live more fully, creatively - and with a fuller heart.
