Your comfort, goals, and overall well-being are always my top priority in therapy. I feel energized by the meaningful conversations I have with clients—the emotional exchanges, the laughs and humor, the shared stories, and the growth that comes from truly being heard. Like many therapists, I was drawn to this work because I can understand and relate to the challenges people face. We all experience difficult emotions—depression, anxiety, grief, —but these feelings can often be eased when we feel validated, supported, and guided with care. I know reaching out can feel scary, but I provide a comfortable and genuine space.
