I am a Licensed Associate Counselor working toward full licensure as an LPC. I acquired a Master’s degree from Caldwell University for Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy. Using a Person-Centered Expressive Arts Therapy approach integrated with mindfulness, I provide a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for healing and self-expression. With experience working with adults, adolescents on the spectrum in residential settings, and families, I support those navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges.
