I work with individuals and couples who have the desire to improve the quality of relationships: with themselves and with others. Currently, I am working with people who are experiencing low-mood, confusion, and episodes of distress which have escalated since the pandemic in 2020 and (more recently) ongoing complex local and world events. Talk-therapy can be a useful process to begin to manage unsettling thoughts, distress in relationships, and dis-regulated behaviors. Learning how to communicate more effectively and how to improve methods of self-regulation is possible.
