There is a unique pain in feeling stuck, that you need permission to be yourself, or that you’re in a constant cycle of being everything to everyone while feeling unable to prioritize yourself or your needs, wants, or goals. Familial and interpersonal relationships are at the core of everyone’s support system but navigating feeling good enough and setting and maintaining boundaries in those relationships can be overwhelming, especially when you feel your coping and regulation toolbox is empty.
