It’s that heavy burnout from taking care of everyone else while slowly disappearing from your own life. On the outside, you have it all together; inside, you feel lost and trapped by an anxiety that won't quit. I’m here to help you remember who you actually are. I work with adults who are tired of being "fine" while carrying the weight of things they’ve never told anyone else. Whether it's past trauma or a constant feeling of guilt, we’ll look at it together.
