Welcome! I am a trauma-focused therapist who believes deeply in the healing power of connection. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself: a safe, collaborative space where you can move at your own pace, feel supported, and begin to reconnect with yourself and others. I specialize in working with women, teens, and members of the LGBTQ+ community - always with respect for your unique experiences and strengths. With over 25 years of experience, I bring a personalized approach to therapy that draws from Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, EMDR, and Somatic Therapy. Additionally, I work with several other experienced clinicians at Counseling Services, so if I am not the right fit for you, I am happy to connect you with a colleague who may be.
