Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology, as well earned my masters in the clinical track of Master's in Social Work at the University of Kentucky. I have a certification in the cognate area of study in Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH). I have experience working with individuals whom are struggling with a variety of mental and behavioral health concerns, as well with the substance use population. I have a past experience working in in-patient and out-patient treatment care. I utilize evidence-based practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Modification, Mood and Stress Management, Informed IFS-EMDR, Client Centered Therapy, Recovery Support, as well as strengths and solution focused techniques. I have completed my certification in EMDR and am a EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist.
