I help parents to develop skills regarding children's behavior. I normalize different patterns of conflict that are aligned with typical developmental stages, and help families navigate challenges. I help to facilitate effective communication so that every individual feels heard. For individuals, I focus on navigating big life transitions, such as retirement, a move, or loss of a partner. I support individuals figuring out their next steps in life.
