Are you feeling anxious/depressed or grieving the loss of a loved one? Have you been diagnosed with PTSD or experienced traumas in your past that are still effecting you today? Are you receiving or have you completed medical treatment for cancer or another devastating illness? As an EMDR, Level II traumatologist, I treat the whole person utilizing evident based psychotherapies/techniques in combination with meditation and other healing modalities. While we navigate your road to recovery, you will learn stress management methods to use in-between therapy sessions. We will work to reframe past hurts/traumas, and plan for a new future.
